At Mattlin & Kovacs, we understand that becoming embroiled in a lawsuit can get expensive.  Often times a party’s ability to pay its lawyer determines that party’s willingness to keep fighting a particular case.

Because we are a small firm, we have the flexibility to offer our clients fee structures designed to “keep them in the game”.  We never want our fees to be the reason you choose not to pursue your legal rights.  As a result, we have developed creative fee arrangements that combine affordable hourly fees, affordable flat fees, phased representation and contingency fees.  We tailor our fees to your situation in order to provide you with value, and to convey our willingness to share the financial risk of initial representation.

Unlike larger, national-type firms who survive only by cranking out billable hours from teams of associates, we survive and thrive because we are efficient and provide client-focused, cost-sensitive legal solutions.  Combining the talents and experience of our attorneys, we are able to provide every client with “white glove” service at a reasonable cost -- maintaining competitive fees and flexible fee structures.
